Pour the gnocchi into a non-stick skillet and add 2 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cook with lid on at medium heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lid and heat for an additional 1-2 minutes. Stir occasionally.
