Stove Top: Set 1 cheese packet aside. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add one 12oz bag of corn and sauce pellets into skillet; sauté until sauce pellets melt and completely coat corn, about 5-7* minutes. Remove from heat, sprinkle with one packet of Cotija cheese and serve right away.
Microwave: Set 1 cheese packet aside and place one 12oz unopened bag in microwave. Do not pierce. Cook on high for 4-5* minutes. Bag will slowly inflate as vent will allow steam to escape. Pick up bag from corners, open carefully and pour into a serving dish. Sprinkle with one packet of Cotija cheese and serve right away.
KEEP FROZEN until ready to cook. Cook thoroughly. Do not refreeze thawed product.
