SKILLET (Preferred Method)
Set 1 cheese packet aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add one 12 oz bag of corn and sauce pellets into the skillet; saute until sauce pellets melt and completely coat corn, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with one packet of Cotija cheese and serve right away.
Set 1 cheese packet aside and place one 12 oz unopened bag in the microwave. Do not pierce.
Cook on high for 4-5 minutes.
Bag will slowly inflate as vent will allow steam to escape.
Pick up up bag from corners, open carefully and pour into a serving dish.
Sprinkle with one packet of Cotija cheese and serve right away.
