Zucchini Spirals

STOVETOP: Place desired amount of nests in a non-stick skillet. Cover with lid and cook on medium heat for 4 to 4-1/2 minutes. Remove lid, flip nests over and heat for an additional 4-5 minutes or until heated throughout and water has absorbed. Stir occasionally; season with olive oil, salt, or pepper before serving or toss with your favorite sauce.

MICROWAVE: Place desired amount of nests in microwave safe bowl, cover and cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove cover, toss, and heat for an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until heated throughout. Remove any excess liquid; season with olive oil, salt, or pepper before serving or toss with your favorite sauce.
